Off to Maine

We are off to Maine next week. What will we find? More classic stones like this granite from Hurricane Island? I am excited. I am shipping my scanner so that I can be scanning right there on the spot. Happy summer all. Unless I hear from a considerable number of you RockSwappers that you like following this blog, it is going to transform into a newsletter. Look out for it and give me feedback. Thanks for everything.

I just discovered your blog...thanks to your comment on mine. I wouldn't mind seeing either a continutation of the blog or a newsletter. If you go the newsletter route I highly recommend Constant Contact. I use them for our 3 newsletters and promotions. They are fantastic.

I'm excited to discover your blog and that you wrote another book called "Heart Stones". I've add a link to my blog, The Heart Rock Collective - http://heartrocks.blogspot.com. I grew up in Maine...love to hear of your 'rock' discoveries. When I was at LL Beans awhile ago, I came across your book "Beach Stones" and loved it. Happy rock hunting :-)

Josie,

Thanks for stopping by my blog (Heart Rock Collective) and leaving your comment. Your book Heart Stones has been an incredible connector for my family! Sharing heart rocks with my sister and mother has created an incredible bond. I shared the story with my Mom about your book being a connector between my sister and I. My mom passed on the story of heart rocks and your book to some friends...the connections keep opening up!

Look forward to seeing some of your treasures from your recent visit to Maine.

Best,
Kimberly
